This Sheet Pan Sweet Chili Salmon with Snap Peas is a quick and healthy meal featuring tender salmon fillets glazed in a spicy-sweet chili sauce, paired with crisp snap peas for a perfect balance of flavors.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups snap peas, trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the sheet pan and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange snap peas around the salmon.
  5. Brush the sweet chili mixture evenly over the salmon and snap peas.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
