Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared sheet pan and arrange broccoli florets around them.
  4. Brush the honey garlic sauce generously over the salmon and drizzle the remaining over the broccoli.
  5. Arrange everything evenly and season broccoli with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until salmon is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
  7. Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes for a slight char on top, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  8. Remove from oven and serve immediately, spooning extra sauce from the pan over salmon and broccoli.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving.
