Lemon Dill Baked Trout Fillet

  • 2 trout fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the trout fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper over the trout.
  5. Lay lemon slices on top of each fillet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–18 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately with optional lemon wedges.

Notes
