This creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna with spinach and garlic combines tender chicken, rich Alfredo sauce, and fresh spinach layered between pasta sheets for a comforting Italian-inspired meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add chopped spinach, cook until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, combine cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce.
  6. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  7. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, then half of the chicken Alfredo mixture, half of the spinach, and a third of the mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers: noodles, remaining chicken Alfredo, remaining spinach, and another third of mozzarella.
  9. Top with remaining 3 noodles, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
